Known for her attention to detail and sophisticated aesthetic, Alex possesses a keen ability to deeply understand her clients hopes and dreams and cares to always surpass them. Her designs, although creative and unique, are always rooted in a sophisticated and timeless overall feel.
Alex also founded and operates, Plaster & Patina, a full service interior design firm and currently resides in Pasadena with her husband, two boys and their great dane.
The daughter of immigrants and entrepreneurs, Alex grew up traveling often throughout Europe and the Middle East, giving her exposure to unique aesthetics and experiences and was always taught to think outside of the box. She was born and raised in New York, where she fell in love with a traditional East Coast aesthetic.
Growing up a competitive horseback rider, she learned early about hard work and dedication. After graduating from USC with a degree in finance and working at Merrill Lynch, she made the decision to follow her heart and her dreams and started Blush in early 2009 out of a small garage space.

IT WOULD LOOK this SPECTACULAR!
Everybody was amazed at the flower arrangements, chandelier arrangement and everything else! I never imagined it would look this spectacular. Since meeting Alex and her team I knew this is who I wanted to do my flowers. She listened to every detail that I wanted and she made it come true! Thank you so much for making my wedding magical! I cried when I went into the tent! I could not believe how beautiful it looked!!!
