We will oversee and execute the process from start to finish with all of the contractors needed to make the vision come to life, from rentals to custom flooring or structures.
We will begin reserving your vendors and ensuring availability and helping you choose appropriate substitutions, should elements be unavailable. We will create internal timelines for all of the vendors and ensure all vendors are aware of changing guest counts, when appropriate. We will remind you of payments due and help problem solve the setup of the elements we are managing from start to finish. Our team members will be present for the important production (sometimes a few lead up days) portions of the event to ensure everything is coming together well.
After signing a contract and receiving payment, we will send along a very detailed questionnaire for you to fill out and will also assign a bit of "homework" for you to do so that we can understand the full picture.
once our information is gathered, we choose a design start date. We will choose this so that we are all on the same page as to when we will be presenting each design phase and what the expectations are in regard to timeline and deliverables at each phase of our design process
3 weeks after our design-start date, we will present vision boards & color stories. We normally present 3-5 options, depending upon the clarity of your vision. This will be our first true "design meeting".
Roughly 2 weeks after your first presentation, we will present you with layout options. This may slightly change during the design & refine step, but it is an important step, as we need to know if there are areas of focus that are important to you that you may have not thought about until now. At this stage, we will have initial 3d models to view together to aid in the visualization process and understanding.
This is the part where the excitement really takes flight! We will present an overarching design concept, color scheme, layout and now present the details to go with it. Our 3d model will take life and you will see how all of our dreams are going to play out in a model-form as well as renderings of all of the smaller details such as place settings, chair selections, linens, etc. Our model will go from function to a very fabulous environment, full of life and excitement! You can now rest easy understanding what the event will feel like with a nice visual.
Once we are in agreement on the overall design we can assume the design portion to be completed. At this point, we will begin sourcing your vendor pricing so that a budget can be presented along with the final design, enabling you to have the ability to make the decisions required for budgeting. We will create detailed documents for you in order for all of the contractors to be on the same page in regard to placement and custom creation. We will create a detailed list of potential vendors and deliver their contracts to you.

Not only are these images gorgeous, they ensure that all of the vendors and subcontractors are on the same page in regard to colors, style, placement and expectation for the end result. This is all done in-house by our design team.
A bit of homework on the front end to get us all of the information that we need: 1. a scaled layout of the space. 2. a scaled map of your item placement in the space. 3. dimensions of furnishings, rentals or materials. 4. A vision on the rendering angle and view
We will send a colorless and textureless draft for approval in regard to layout, placement, measurements and camera direction for approval.
once the draft details are approved we will apply textures, materials, lighting and realistic lighting detail. Note: this is based off of the amount of information you give us. Should we not have the information, we will make assumptions as to light directions and styles.
